Tuesday March 3, 2009 Jo Bros in 3DLast week, R.AGE ran an SMS contest giving out over 270 passes to catch the Jonas Brothers 3D Concert Experience at TGV Sunway Pyramid on Monday night.

There was still more than half an hour to go before showtime.
Those who had collected their tickets were all fidgety. Some paced up and down. Some did what teenagers like to do best - taking pictures for their Facebook accounts. Some just tapped their feet while waiting for the doors to open.
Whatever they were doing, everyone was excited about being among the first to catch the screening of the Jonas Brother’s 3D Concert Experience movie.
Who would have thought that the Jonas Brothers had such a big fan base in Malaysia. Sure, the band has many fans around the world but fanatics?
There were children as young as seven at the movies (and on a weeknight on exam week!), and elderly men (mid-40s? 50s?).
About 10 minutes to 9 o’clock, the doors opened. After collecting the 3-D glasses, we all took our seats and you could see that everyone was looking really forward to the movie.
Someone in the audience shouted, "Who loves Nick?, Who loves Kevin, Who loves Joe?", and someone shouted back, "I love Frankie" (he's the youngest of the Jonas clan, aged seven, and not in the troupe).
Strangers bonded over their love for the Jo Bros; exchanging hi-fives and smiles.
The lights dimmed and when the introductory gazettes came in, sighs were heard all over. Then suddenly, fireworks depicting the start of a Disney movie burst onto screen. Big claps, wolf-whistles and screams of excitement were heard. The concert then begun.
The brothers sang several songs including their hits ,'SOS', 'Pushing Me Away' and 'I Got To Find You'. The movie was interspersed with snippets of the brothers' day in New York to give the viewers a better picture of the frenzy before the concert.
Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift made guest appearances in the concert. The movie saw some 10 songs being sung before coming to a close after an hour and 15 minutes with the hit, "Burnin’ Up", which got our everyone clapping and singing along.
It was a movie, but it almost felt like being in a concert. Peopled walked out of the cinema still high from the 3D concert ... they were still laughing and talking excitedly.
OH yeah!

That day, I knew there must be a writer/ a reviewer to review the free screening...
And I want to tell everyone that Malaysian JB fans is almost as crazy as the states' fans...But I think we have more Budi Bahasa to grabbed or choked the JB... We respect towards the JB... We are just supporting them to success..
Oh and the elderly man, I think it was my father...haha
He drove me there...but watched Benjamin Button...
